Our Human Resources Professional Diploma Program will train you to work in the human resources department of any company. This 39-week program combines office administration with practical human resource management skills. The core curriculum focuses on human resources best practices. Learn how to attract and retain staff; how to develop and administer a benefits and compensation program; and how to adhere to federal employment legislation.
Students also learn office administration skills for work in an office setting. A variety of courses cover computer and Internet skills; personal organization; conflict resolution; and high-level customer relations and interpersonal skills.
After a five-week practicum, you will be prepared to work as an office administrator or as a human resources professional at any company. Further experience in the field prepares you for a management position.
