UCAN's Degree Completion program also allows you to transfer credits from a recognized Media or Communications diploma toward an undergraduate degree specializing in Media and Communications. Much like the full Media and Communications program, courses focus on your theoretical and practical skills in field of media and communications including the development and evolution of the media, mass media roles in democratic society, legal and ethical responsibilities of media, media as business, and written and oral skills.

University Canada West operates under the authority of the British Columbia Ministry of Advanced Education and Labour Market Development, on recommendation of the Degree Quality Assessment Board.
