Accreditation Resources
As we have mentioned, accreditation is the most important factor to consider when choosing a college.


The Database of Accredited Postsecondary Institutions and Programs-  Search through US Department of Education database by institution or by accrediting agency.

Carnegie classification - The Carnegie Foundation for Advancement of Teaching classifies learning institutions accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the US Department of Education. The institutions are also categorized by level of the degree.
