The earliest years in a child’s life are some of the most important. During this time, teacher’s role is to promote the social, emotional, physical and cognitive development that forms the foundation for a child’s health and well being. Early childhood teachers are involved with the development and education of children under the age of 8, and help children explore and learn about the world while developing relationships with peers and adults.
